COVID-19

To all our dear patients & website visitors:

COVID-19 Update

We are OPEN

Please call us to book your long-awaited dental treatment.

We hope you are all staying safe and doing well throughout the COVID-19 period.

Our dental practice remains open for all appointments for both existing and new patients.

If you believe you require dental treatment, please phone us on (09) 412 9507. Our friendly receptionists are always happy to help you.

To care for all our patients at this difficult time, we will absorb ALL costs associated with PPE & patient safety protection protocols.
What are we doing to keep you safe?🤔

Our number one priority☝ has always been the health and safety of our patients and staff.
We are heavily guided by the New Zealand Dental Council and our practice meets all the Infection Control and Prevention standards given by the NZDC. At Kumeu Dental we have always taken cross infection control extremely seriously even pre COVID-19.😊
Kumeu Dental is very proud to have successfully treated many existing and new patients throughout the lockdown while minimising the spread of COVID-19. 🙌

Screening patients before appointments:

To ensure your safety, our staff safety and to limit the risk of infection, we will be in touch to ask our screening questions prior to your appointment.
Please consider the following questions:

😷Have you, or anyone coming in contact with you, had contact with someone with a confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19?

✈Have you travelled internationally in the last 14 days?

🤒Do you have any flu like symptoms:
– Cough
– Sore throat
– Shortness of breath
– Loss of sense of smell & taste
– Fever

If you have answered yes to any of those questions above and you have an appointment booked with us in the next 2 weeks, please call one of our friendly receptionists on 📞09 4129507, so we can talk through your options. We may also call you closer to your appointment to reconfirm none of your answers have changed.

Additionally, we do advise you as per the Government guidelines to stay at home if you feel unwell. If you have a fever, cough and difficulty breathing, seek medical attention and call in advance. Follow the directions of your local health authority.

Thank you so much for your support in helping us stop the spread of COVID-19🙏
