Based on the digital treatment plan we then generate an implant placement guide that is extremely accurate which will be used to place the implant in the most accurate 3D position for long term aesthetics and function.
Dr. Nash will assess if bone and/or gum grafting are needed as part of building a strong foundation around your implant to extend the life of your implants and restorations.
Once planned, getting a dental implant is basically a two-step process.
The first step is the implant placement where the titanium implant is surgically placed with the use of the digital placement guide and left to fuse with the jawbone. The second step is the implant restoration, where the replica tooth, crown or denture is fitted on top of the implant after full healing or integration of the implant, usually within 4 months after implant placement.

I have been told the remaining front teeth I have need to be pulled out and that I need dentures. I am only 40 years old and I really do not like the thought of taking teeth in and out of my mouth.
